Unit 3 Crime of the Century


On a scale of 1-10 how do I rate my:

Physical well-being—4 ~ I am not physically fit, but I am trying to work harder on that

Spiritual well-being—7 ~ I am not as connected to my inner self as I would like to be

Psychological well-being—6 ~ I feel like I am mostly a positive person, but I do not going out into crowds.

My goals

Physically- When the weather was nicer, my mom and I walked every day, only about ½ mile, but we walked. I need to start another regular exercise regimen

Spiritually-I would like to begin some form of meditation

Psychologically- I need to learn to overcome my fear of crowds, and develop more confidence in myself.

Crime of the Century

I found this exercise more annoying than the first one. The background music was overwhelming and found it very distracting. I found it hard to stay on track and found my mind wandering.

  1. Totally agree about the music being annoying!! I am the WORST at trying to meditate the 'traditional' way with the calming music and sitting with your legs crossed and eyes closed, etc. My mind just doesn't quiet down in that type of atmosphere.
